Join us for an exclusive journey through one of Niagara's most exceptional vintages with The 2020 Red Reveal. You will experience a curated tasting of five outstanding 2020 red wines in our stunning Barrel Room. Enjoy a $65 rebate with the purchase of 6+ bottles. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or pre-made collections. Experience an in-depth 60-minute tour and tasting conducted by one of our Senior Wine Consultants. You will be greeted with an award-winning sparkling wine and behind-the-scenes look of how our exceptional wines are created. You will taste wine directly from the barrel, then have the finished product, and finally taste the wine after it has had time to mature to perfection. Friday - Sunday Join us in the Wine Boutique for a tasting flight of 4 award-winning wines from our menu. This experience is approximately 30-minutes long and is standing at our tasting room bar. Tastings are intended for groups up to 4 people. We recommend reservations but accommodate walk-ins whenever possible. Available Daily Looking to enjoy a unique experience with your group of 8 or more? We are pleased to offer private bookings for any of the above experiences for your group. Inquire with our concierge team about availability at the link below. Available Monday - Thursday This one-on-a-kind experience for two with our Estate Sommelier Magister, Dieter Unruh. This experience allows you to sit down with Dieter to discuss growing your cellar as you learn about ageing wines to your personal preferences. Your 30 minute consultation will be followed by a customized 60 minute tasting and shopping experience. Subject to availability. Bookable for groups of 2 only. We are pleased to offer a private tour and tasting experience with one of our senior wine consultants before you are escorted to a beautiful location on our Estate for you to pop the question, followed with a toast of our Lush Sparkling Rosé. Curate your experience by selecting from optional add-ons including a reservation for Kitchen76, a horse-drawn carriage ride, a professional photographer and an exquisite floral bouquet. Availability for this experience is limited to Monday to Thursday.
THE 2020 RED REVEAL
Hosted by our Senior Wine Consultant, this experience features exclusive pre-release access to our 2020 wines: Blanc de Franc, Eleventh Post, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy perfectly paired small bites of artisanal meats and cheeses to complement these exquisite sips.
This is an unmissable red wine-focused event with no substitutions— a rare opportunity to purchase these highly anticipated wines before they’re released to the public. This experience takes place in our active barrel cellar and due to cooler temperatures we encourage you to dress accordingly.
