FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we bring children?

All reservation-based tour and tasting experiences are 19+, with the exception of Boutique Tastings, where minors may accompany adults.
While we welcome families in Kitchen76, we ask parents to keep children at the table and calm vocal infants outside of the dining room. Please note, we do not have room to accommodate strollers in the restaurant.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the winery, on the restaurant patio or tasting veranda, with the exception of certified service dogs. Service dogs must have proper documentation. Certificates that are purchased online will not be accepted.

Do I need a reservation?

We recommend reservations for all tour, tasting and dining experiences, but accommodate walk-ins whenever possible.

Does everyone in the reservation need to purchase an experience ticket, even if they are not tasting?

Yes. Reservations must be made for the total number of people in your party. As space is limited, an experience ticket must be purchased for everyone in the reservation party. We can offer non-alcoholic beverages for non-drinkers. We are unable to accommodate extra guests not included in your reservation.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

For tasting and tour reservations we accept changes and cancellations (with full refund) up-to 48-hours before your reservation.
For Kitchen76 dining reservations, we require a credit card to hold all reservations. A charge of $50/guest is charged to reservations who do not show or who cancel with less than 24-hours advance notice. We do not charge for cancellations due to inclement weather.

What if I am late for my reservation?

We offer a short grace period for late arrivals on some reservations; details are provided in your booking confirmation email. Plan accordingly for extra travel time. Late arrivals are not guaranteed service. Refunds for tasting or tours are unavailable for late or missed reservations.

We can't book a reservation at the time we would like, what are our options?

We are most likely fully booked at that time, so you will need to pick another time or day. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Is there food served with the tasting?

Unless noted otherwise in the experience description, there is no food service with our tour or tasting experiences. If you wish to dine while visiting, a separate reservation is required for our onsite restaurant Kitchen76 or sister restaurant 11th POST on Queen.

What happens if it is raining on the day of my reservation?

All experiences will run rain or shine.

Do you accept large groups?

Tours & Tastings: Groups that exceed on-line reservation guest count limits should consider a private event through our Events Department; information is available at /Events/Private-Events.
Dining: Parties of up-to 6-guests may book online. Parties of 7 or more must email us at concierge@twosistersvineyards.com to inquire as we have limited availability for large parties during each service. We do not accept any party larger than 14 for standard dining room service. Groups larger than 14 are encouraged to consider an event with our Event Department.

We are wine club members, do we receive any discounts?

Yes! Ensure your Tock account uses the same email address that is associated with your Club TSV account to automatically receive your member-only pricing on reservations.
PLEASE NOTE: The complimentary tasting vouchers received in each quarterly shipment are to share with family & friends and are valid for Boutique Tastings only. Complimentary tastings (including vouchers) allow a maximum of 6 people.
