Made from 100% estate-grown fruit, this Merlot spent 31 months barrel ageing, and has exceptional flavour, concentration, and complexity. The 2018 vintage allowed for the creation of a classic expression of Merlot, soft, supple and elegant. The 2018 Merlot has an enticing nose of ripe plums, raspberries and cherries, with complementing hints of allspice and fruit blossoms. The palate is lusciously fruity and flavourful, as plum and dark cherry notes dominate the perfectly balanced texture. The true elegance of this wine surfaces during the surprisingly long and flavourful finish.
